Thank you for shopping with us. This shipping policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and
delivered. We currently ship worldwide and aim to deliver all orders as efficiently as possible. Orders
are typically processed within up to seven (7) business days after payment has been successfully
completed. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Processing
times may be extended during high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional events. Once shipped,
orders typically arrive within approximately fourteen (14) business days. Delivery times are estimates
only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, local postal services, weather
conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.
All orders include a tracking number, which will be provided once the order has shipped. Please allow
three (3) to seven (7) business days for tracking information to update after shipment. International
orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost,
delayed, or stolen packages. While we are happy to assist with tracking information, we cannot
guarantee replacements or refunds for issues caused by the shipping carrier. Customers are
responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect or
incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for orders shipped to that address. Address
changes may only be requested before shipment. Once an order has shipped, the delivery address
